Changing or cancelling an order

Once an order is placed we start packing it, so it cannot be changed or cancelled from your account. If you need to change a size, colour or address, message us on WhatsApp +62 853 3911 2341 straight away with your order number. If the parcel has not left Bali yet, we fix it for you.

Tracking your order

When your parcel is shipped you receive an email with a DHL tracking link. Delivery to Singapore takes 3–7 days door to door (details).

Problems with your order

Wrong address, no tracking email, parcel late, wrong item or damaged on arrival: message us on WhatsApp or email bali@snugbrandwear.com with your order number and a photo if there is one. We reply within a few hours during opening hours and sort it out.
