Delivery
We ship every order from our workshop in Munggu, Bali, with DHL Express. Delivery options, cost and time are also shown at checkout, so what you read here is what you will see there.
How long it takes
- Packing: 1–3 working days. Each piece is checked and folded by hand before it leaves.
- DHL Express to Singapore: 2–3 working days.
- Door to door: 3–7 days from the day you order.
During sale periods and public holidays in Bali it can take a day or two longer. We will tell you if your order is delayed.
Cost
- Free DHL Express delivery on orders over $150 (about S$205).
- Below that, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
When your parcel leaves Bali you receive an email with a DHL tracking link. You can also message us on WhatsApp +62 853 3911 2341 with your order number and we will check for you.
Duties and GST in Singapore
Singapore: orders under S$400 are not charged import GST. Above S$400, Singapore GST (9%) may be collected by DHL before delivery. Any such charge is shown by DHL, not hidden in our prices.

Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, the United States, Canada and Indonesia. Choose your country in the header to see prices in your currency.
If DHL cannot deliver
DHL tries to deliver and leaves a card. If a parcel is not collected and comes back to us, we refund the order minus the return shipping DHL charges us.
